How we use nature in our process?
At the core of ZEST technology lies a mineral with remarkable properties: Zeolites. These volcanic-origin materials are formed during volcanic activity when lava flows into salt water. The temperature difference, salt concentration in the water, and release of water vapor in the lava modify its structure, endowing it with exceptional chemical and physical properties.
To date, more than 52 types of zeolites have been classified, each with unique properties and applications in various sectors, including water treatment. This led to the creation of ZEOADSORBE®, a blend of zeolites modified to optimize its outstanding water filtration properties.
