Shipping and delivery

Shipping

Shipments are carried out through major international carriers (UPS, DHL, SDA, etc.), carefully selected to ensure the fastest and safest delivery to our customers. Once the order confirmation is received and the shipping label and documents are created, we send the tracking information to the customer via email, allowing them to monitor the location of their package.

Delivery time

Deliveries are made within:

• 3-5 days within the territory of the European Community,
• 7-14 days for countries outside the European Community,

with the exception of deliveries to smaller islands.

CLEAR WATER INTERNATIONAL SP.K is not responsible for any issues caused by force majerure or natural disasters that may delay or prevent the delivery of ordered products.

Returns of non-compliant goods

In the event of product damage upon delivery, please notify us immediately by email at order@zestwaterforlife.com, attaching photos and detailed information, no later than 7 days from the delivery date.

We will arrange for a replacement filter as soon as we receive the return at our office, located at the provided address.

Please note: the costs of return shipping and the new shipment will be covered by us. This will be reimbursed after the exchange process is completed, in cases where the issue is our fault or that of the carrier.
