If you are installing it on the main water supply, we always recommend contacting a professional plumber or installer. Soon, we will list installers on our website who join our partnership program to provide professional installation with a warranty. However, if you are handling a DIY installation, full downloadable instructions are available for the initial setup. The Zest Nettuno should be replaced under the warranty of 2 years or after 250,000 liters of use (if you monitor consumption after installation and ensure proper water usage).

The Zest Juno should be replaced under the warranty of 2 years or after 125,000 liters of use (if you monitor consumption after installation and ensure proper water usage).

At Zest, 22 months after the purchase date, we will notify your contact details about the upcoming warranty expiration and, consequently, the need to purchase a new filter.
