After receiving the order confirmation and once the label and shipping documents have been created, we send the package tracking data to the customer by email, so he can check where his Zest is at any time box.

Deliveries take place within:
3-5 days on the territory of the European Community,
7-14 days for non-CE countries.
except for deliveries to poorly served smaller islands.
Zest GbR does not assume responsibility for any problems related to acts of God or natural disasters that may have delayed or prevented the delivery of the products ordered.

In the event that the product is damaged upon delivery, you must immediately notify us by email to: order@zestwaterforlife.com, possibly accompanied by photos and details, no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
We will then make arrangements for its replacement with a new filter as soon as we receive the return at our offices at the following address.

NB: the costs of return and replacement shipments will be borne by us, by refunding the payment at the end of the replacement, in the case of our responsibility.
