Once you have disconnected the hose and created space for the filter, check where you want to attach it to the wall/wall. Take the measurements with a level/square and pencil and mark where to make the holes for the fixings.

Before making holes in the wall, check that the position of the holes for the fixings do not hit any other pipes or electrical lines in the wall, then drill the holes with the drill, add the plug and apply the fixing for the filter, leaving it open.

Take the filter and connect the connection tubes to the two ends of the filter. Be careful to follow the filter thread well when connecting the hoses, so as to avoid ruining the seal of the connection.

Take the filter and place it in the appropriate fixings and close them, then take the flexible pipes and connect them to the delivery and output lines, use the same care to follow the thread of the fittings. Then give a light squeeze with the parrot without forcing yourself to seal the fittings.

Before opening the tap of the general delivery or of the line on which the filter is installed, check that the point (tap) where you carry out the ventilation does not have a drip filter fitted. If necessary, remove it and refit it at the end of start-up.

Open the tap well where you have decided to aerate the filter.

Slowly open the main flow or the tap on the line where you have mounted the filter and let the water flow out very slowly for the first 5-10 litres. This serves to moisten the filter matrix well and remove the air trapped in the pores of the Zeolite/Clinoplite. By doing this you will not have pressure drops over time due to air pockets remaining in the filter.

When the water begins to flow from the chosen dispensing points, slowly open the outlets until fully operational and let the water flow for 5-10 minutes until it is crystal clear. This will allow the filter to eliminate the gas trapped in the filter matrix and purge the sediments/mineral waste without clogging the drip filters.
