Warranty terms
Zest HLC/01 filters have a warranty period on the product and performance equal to: 2 years from the delivery date for a family of up to 4 people and/or 250,000 liters of treated water the guarantee is valid for drinking water treatment applications coming from the municipal network and pre-treated by the network operator. It will be our commitment to remind you two months in advance of the possible expiry of the Guarantee if we have not received data relating to the average annual consumption. If the filter is used to purify a different type of water: surface water - groundwater/well - waste water - rain water, Zest GbR reserves the right to indicate NEW WARRANTY TERMS for time or volume of water, in relation to the receipt of a complete pre-analysis of a water sample and only in reference to these values. Always and in any case if it is first deprived of any suspended materials with suitable filters. Without this process and requirements the warranty will lapse.ASSISTANCE
In case of need, the assistance of ZEST will replace your filter at its own expense if problems arise in its operation attributable to the manufacturer.You can report requests for assistance to us via email at zestmeup@zestwaterforlife.com, we will reply with a confirmation email to activate the assistance procedure.

Once the faulty filter has been received, our technical office will carry out the necessary checks to determine the type of problem and its nature.

When the result is obtained there are a series of solutions:
A) If the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect we will replace it immediately at our expense.
B) If the problem is not attributable to defects in the filter, but to situations that lead to its improper use or outside the terms of the warranty (see above), you can choose whether to:
1) purchase a new filter with the discount coupon you will receive for the defective filter sent.
2) collect the old filter at your expense
. 3) leave the defective filter to us for recycling and disposal.

The costs of the certification of the filter analyzes incurred by you must then be attributed to the Network Manager or someone on its behalf.
