Terms and Conditions of the online store zestwaterforlife.com

1. General Provisions

1. The online store available at www.zestwaterforlife.com is operated by:
   Clear Water International Spółka komandytowa Magdalena Wiśniewska,
   ul. Poligonowa 20, 18-400 Łomża, Poland,
   entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number KRS 0001038685,
   VAT ID (NIP): 7182165778, REGON: 525420230.

2. These Terms and Conditions govern, in particular:

   • creating a user account,
   • placing orders and concluding sales contracts,
   • delivery and payment rules,
   • rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller,
   • the right of withdrawal and the complaints procedure.

3. The Store sells physical products — in particular water filters, filtration systems and accessories.

4. The Store serves both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B).
   For business customers, certain consumer rights (e.g., the statutory right of withdrawal) may not apply, except for so-called “privileged entrepreneurs” where applicable under Polish law.

5. Using the Store requires reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Store / Seller — Clear Water International Sp.k. Magdalena Wiśniewska, ul. Poligonowa 20, 18-400 Łomża.

• Buyer / Customer — a natural person, legal person or an organisational unit with legal capacity who makes purchases in the Store.

• Consumer — a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

• Product — a movable item offered for sale in the online Store.

• Sales Contract — a contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller under these Terms and Conditions.

• Business Days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. User Account

1. To facilitate purchases and order tracking, the Buyer may create a user account in the Store.

2. Account registration is voluntary and free of charge. To create an account, the Buyer should:

   • complete the registration form on the Store’s website,
   • provide accurate data (first name, last name, e-mail address, password),
   • accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

3. After submitting the form, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirming account registration.

4. The user may log in at any time, edit data or request account deletion by sending a request to: zestmeup@zestwaterforlife.com.

5. Login credentials (username, password) are confidential and must not be shared with third parties. The Store is not liable for damage resulting from the user’s disclosure of such data.

6. The Store may block an account in the event of:

   • violation of these Terms and Conditions,
   • providing false data,
   • actions that disrupt the Store’s operation or endanger other users’ security.

4. Orders

1. Orders may be placed via www.zestwaterforlife.com 24/7.

2. To place an order, the Buyer should:

   • select Products and add them to the cart,
   • complete the order form or log into the account,
   • choose delivery and payment method,
   • confirm the order and accept the Terms and Conditions.

3. The Sales Contract is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation of accepting the order (e-mail confirmation).

4. The Store may refuse to process an order in justified cases, e.g., incorrect Buyer data, lack of payment, or Product unavailability.

5. Prices and Payments

1. All prices in the Store are gross (including VAT) and shown in the currency indicated for the Product (PLN, EUR, GBP, USD).

2. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are displayed during checkout.

3. Available payment methods are described at:

   In particular:

   • card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express),
   • online payment (Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay),
   • bank transfer.

4. The Seller may withhold order processing until the payment is credited.

6. Delivery

1. Delivery terms and costs are described in detail at:

2. Deliveries are carried out within Poland and the European Union.

3. Typical order processing time is 1–5 business days, depending on Product availability.

4. If a Product is unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer and refund any payment without undue delay, no later than within 14 days.

7. Withdrawal (Returns)

1. A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. A withdrawal notice should be sent by e-mail to: zestmeup@zestwaterforlife.com.

3. The goods should be returned in an unchanged condition and in the original packaging, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice.

4. A refund will be made within 14 days from the day the returned goods are received.

5. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (e.g., used goods, custom-made items).

8. Complaints and Warranty

1. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s or the Seller’s warranty.

2. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to: zestmeup@zestwaterforlife.com, including:

   • contact details,
   • order number,
   • description of the defect and the requested remedy (repair, replacement, refund).

3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days.

4. If a complaint is upheld, the Seller will repair or replace the Product, or refund the price.

9. Personal Data Protection

1. The controller of personal data is Clear Water International Sp.k. Magdalena Wiśniewska.

2. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at:

3. The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of their data in accordance with the GDPR.

10. Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated herein are governed by:

   • the Polish Civil Code,
   • the Polish Consumer Rights Act,
   • the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

2. Disputes:

   • for Consumers — may be resolved by competent common courts or via the ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr),
   • for business customers — by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.

3. The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (changes in law, offer, payment systems). Amendments do not affect orders placed before the new version enters into force.
