If you are installing it on the main water supply, we always recommend contacting a professional plumber or installer.

Soon, we will list installers on our website who join our partnership program to provide professional installation with a warranty.

However, if you are handling a DIY installation, the box includes all the accessories needed for the initial setup.

If you live in Europe, the filter is supplied with the necessary equipment compliant with EU standards.

If you live outside the European Union, you may need to order fittings adapted to European standards: USA and CANADA standards are already included in the purchasing process and are included in the price.

The Zest Nettuno filter is designed to purify all the water in the house, so to work best, it must be installed after the meter on the main supply line.

If you already have a system for removing solids and suspensions or a water softener, it should be installed after those systems.

However, if you cannot install it on the main supply, you can install it in the kitchen and manage water for drinking, cooking, and appliances that require it.

Yes, it is normal for the water to become cloudy for a few minutes until the air trapped in the filter and any remaining filtration material are completely flushed out (3-10 minutes maximum).

The water will then become clear, crystal clear, and healthy.

You can check this by drinking a glass of water after the third minute of flushing to verify.

No, due to the specific nature of the filtration media, it does not affect the pressure in the hydraulic circuit.

It works perfectly in systems starting from 2-4 bar.

Otherwise, you should check if the filter has been installed correctly and if proper degassing procedures were followed.

If your system pressure is between 2 to 4 bars, there are three possible reasons:

  1. During installation, you did not properly perform the degassing operation, and air bubbles may be trapped in the filter matrix, affecting the water flow. In this case, you should repeat the degassing process, especially if the filter is installed horizontally or at an angle of less than 45°.
  2. The drip filters were not removed from the supply points during the degassing operation, as they may have become clogged with zeolite debris released during startup. Remove all drip filters from the taps, clean them, and reinstall or replace them.
  3. You may have mistakenly connected the outlet to the filter’s input and the input to the outlet. The filter’s internal structure is one-way, so it may still work but slow down the flow. You should reverse the connecting pipes. Note: Holding the filter vertically with the label facing you, water enters from the bottom and exits from the top.

If none of these reasons apply, please contact us directly.

Absolutely, Zest filters normalize the taste by eliminating the presence of excess metals. The taste of your water will return to its normal and pleasant state.

No, the Zest Nettuno filter is not a water softener and cannot be used for that purpose.

If the water has a high hardness level, a filter or special water treatment system should be installed first, and then the Zest filter can be installed to purify the water.

The Zest filter, thanks to its filtering matrix, helps reduce water hardness by 10-15% if the water has a pH close to 7, which is neutral.

The Zest Nettuno filter removes over 70% of PFAS and PFOA present in the water, minimizing health risks.

It is strongly recommended to use our filters in areas particularly exposed to the presence of these harmful substances.

Yes, of course, the Zest filter effectively breaks down nitrogenous substances and commonly used pesticides, such as simazine.

As mentioned, if the hardness is several degrees above the standard with neutral pH, the filter can reduce hardness by 10-15%, normalizing the water.

The Zest filter does not replace the function of a water softener but rather complements its action, improving the quality of softened water, which a softener alone cannot do.

Yes, of course, we already have many customers who use our filters to purify groundwater.

To maintain warranty compliance, we kindly ask you to send us a water analysis from your well. After reviewing the types and amounts of harmful substances present, we can provide updated warranty conditions (in liters of treated water), within which you will need to replace the Zest filter.

Of course, the system must ensure the removal of any sediments and suspensions before the filter, as well as any high levels of hardness.

Yes, in this case as well, the Zest™ filter efficiently performs the purification process.

We will take care of everything; just order a new filter.

After removing the new filter from the BOX, you will find a coupon that allows you to send the old device back to us at our expense, using the box of the new filter.

If you simply want to dispose of it, contact us, and we will arrange for its pickup.

If you draw water from a well, it is definitely necessary, and you must inform us before installing the filter to avoid losing the warranty.

However, if your water comes from the municipal water supply and is pre-treated, you can directly install the filter, which will solve 99% of the issues with tap water (excluding high hardness).

You can also perform a quick analysis using the basic POST-installation KIT to check the quality of the water you’re receiving, without incurring significant costs.

Of course, if you have doubts about the water quality in your home, it’s always worth conducting a detailed analysis.

Remember, by purchasing analyses on our portal, you can receive a 50% discount on the purchase price of our filters, up to €100 in expenses.
